Firearm Warranty TERMS & CONDITIONS

BLACKSTONE SHOOTING SPORTS, LLC. LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY All new or used firearms purchased after March 23, 2023 in conjunction with the “97 Year No BS Firearm Warranty”, are warranted to the original retail purchaser only for the lifetime of the said original retail purchaser.

Membership has its Benefits:

Active Blackstone Members will receive a free warranty on all firearms purchased at our retail locations. The membership must be current (with a valid payment method on file and no outstanding balance due) and active (not suspended or canceled) at the time of a warranty claim. Firearm warranties are voided if at any point the membership is canceled. At the time of cancellation, Members will have the option of purchasing a warranty per firearm to retain coverage.

What is covered:

Blackstone Shooting Sports will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any firearm (purchased in conjunction with a warranty) that fails (rendered unusable or unsafe) due to a defect in materials or workmanship. All labor and parts are included at no additional charge - no hidden fees - no BS! In some cases, a firearm must be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Blackstone will handle all communication with the manufacturer, shipping, and labor costs in these cases. Repairs are warrantied for the duration of the warranty. If Blackstone Shooting Sports deems a firearm un-repairable and replaces the firearm under said warranty; you will receive a new warranty at no additional charge. All replacement firearms will be of the exact make and model as the original firearm purchased. If the original firearm was since discontinued and therefore unsourceable, Blackstone Shooting Sports will replace the firearm with the latest version of the exact model originally purchased.

How to Obtain Service:

In order to redeem firearm warranty services, simply bring in your firearm (cased and unloaded) into one our our retail locations:

Check in at the front desk and notify a team member that you need your firearm evaluated for warranty work. The team member will gather some information from you to provide to our Gunsmithing department. The firearm will be checked into Gunsmithing and left at our facility for evaluation. As part of this warranty agreement, Blackstone shall not exceed 48hrs to evaluate and contact you regarding your warranty claim. Our Gunsmithing department will provide you with a detailed summary of the issues and repair options available. At the point a repair option is selected, the service representative will quote you a new lead time for the repair. Keep in mind, all warranty repair work is prioritized, however, the timeline will be determined by the scope of the project. If our Gunsmithing department determines that the firearm is not repairable and in need of replacement, the Procurement department will contact you with a lead time for sourcing a replacement. All replacement firearms will be of the exact make and model as the original firearm purchased. If the original firearm was since discontinued and therefore unsourceable, Blackstone Shooting Sports will replace the firearm with the latest version of the exact model originally purchased. All replacement firearms will require a new ATF 4473 form to be completed at the time of redemption.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by: (1) unreasonable use; (2) failure to provide proper care or maintenance; (3) failure to comply with instructions in the owner’s manual including improper installation of original manufacturer’s parts by the owner; (4) normal wear and tear for the degree of use; (5) rust or corrosion; (6) obstructions in the barrels; (7) excessive use; (8) finish on the frame or slide and blemishes; (9) issues with accuracy. Blackstone Shooting Sports, LLC. reserves the right to determine what constitutes the unreasonable or excessive use of the firearm. All accessories installed at the time of purchase or installed at a later date are excluded from warranty coverage. This includes but not limited to: (1) weapon lights and lasers; (2) optics; (3) magazines; (4) cerakote or any other finishes; (5) stippling or any other frame modifications; (6) aftermarket hardware or parts; (7) aftermarket barrels. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of the firearm.

BLACKSTONE SHOOTING SPORTS, LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS INVOLVING THIS FIREARM THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF FAULTY, NONSTANDARD, REMANUFACTURED, OR RELOADED AMMUNITION OR AMMUNITION NOT MANUFACTURED TO NATO AND/OR SAAMI SPECIFICATIONS.

Under no circumstances shall Blackstone Shooting Sports be responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages with respect to loss of use, loss of business or profits, other economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. This Lifetime Warranty applies only to retail purchases by individuals. Law enforcement agency and department purchases are ineligible for warranty coverage.
