Christmas Shoot: Deck the Range with Balls of Fire!
Join us for a unique holiday-themed shooting experience at Blackstone! From beginners to advanced shooters, everyone is welcome to take on our festive course packed with Christmas-inspired targets- including a gingerbread man target, Christmas tree maze, and musical steel plates. Each shooter will face exciting challenges—like “unwrapping” your firearm from a gift box and navigating through a Christmas tree maze!

- Ammo Required: 50 rounds of frangible 9mm (Frangible Required - Available @ Blackstone)
- Firearm Requirements: 1 firearm with 2 magazines

FULL COURSE DETAILS:
Christmas Shoot
A festive holiday themed course of fire for the public to enjoy
Classroom: None
Live-Fire:
Each shooter will go through a themed obstacle course. A minimum 50 rounds of 9mm ammunition (frangible) is required. Target materials will include cardboard, balloons and steel.
Skill: Beginner to advanced
Prerequisite: None
Course Description
This shoot is designed to be a fun holiday themed course of fire. The course is designed so that shooters of all levels can participate. The course will be filled with Christmas related targets. Shooters will also be challenged by having to “unwrap” their firearm/magazines from a gift box prior to starting the course of fire. The course will be supervised by a Blackstone instructor and several Range Safety Officers.
Live Fire will Consist of the Following:
- Safety brief
- course will be conducted with 1 shooter at a time
- Shooter will put their firearm and magazines in the designated gift box prior to the start
- shooter will then go to the start position and wait for the starting whistle
- shooter will then run to the gift box and carry it to the designated area.
- shooter will then retrieve their firearm/magazines and load
- shooter will then begin stage 1 (gingerbread man)
- Shooter will then go through a Christmas tree maze and fire at stage 2 (Christmas balloons)
- Shooter will then move to stage 3 (Christmas carol). While following the instruction card provided, shooter will fire at the musical steel plates in order to create the Christmas jingle
- Once the jingle is finished the course is over
- Shooter will show that their firearm is clear and exit the course
Course Requirements:
- 1 firearm with 2 magazines
- 1 box of ammunition minimum (frangible is required)
